Under the Bed App for the iPad

Hello Apple fans! Today I am featuring a fabulous new app for the iPad developed by Mighty Fudge Studios called Under the Bed.

First off, let me just say, FINALLY someone made a fabulous app for older kids! Recomended for kids 9 and up, this entertaining app is a short film slash game style application that brings both humor and entertainment to the table — or under the bed. Whichever furniture you prefer. :)

Inside this app you can explore the film chapter by chapter, or watch it in its entirety. Between sounding the Monster Alarm, and discovering all the secrets hidden in the interactive rooms, my kids found this app to be both entertaining and really fun. My son, who is eleven, really loves to play on our iPad but it’s not often is he so entertained with an app. The film clips in this app are nothing short of hilarious, and it was really adorable to see him laughing so hard as he watched a battling robot dad, and a malicious monster mom put their kids down at bedtime.

Also included in this app are three games: Monster Match, Rat Rage and Robo Defender. All are well designed and easy to play. Even my six year old got a kick out of this app and found the games enjoyable.

My favorite part of the app was the interactive rooms. I always love apps that encourage exploration, and the aesthetics of this app are top notch.

A is for awesome!

Under the Bed is available now through iTunes for $2.99. A fabulous price for an iPad app that is so entertaining.

Thanks to Mighty Fudge Studios for asking me to review this app, I loved it! To learn more about Under the Bed or other Mighty Fudge Studios games and applications, go here.
